Our AC quit working so I called the company. I was told the first appointment for a service call was Tuesday morning. I have used Extreme Plumbing and Heating n the past, so thought I would give them a call. I was told a HVAC repairman could be out within the hour. They showed up about 40 minutes from the time I called. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing, quickly determined the problem, and made the AC repair. He was quite knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. I was extremely pleased that my unit was fixed quickly for a very reasonable price. Definitely will use this company again! Made a call to Extreme Plumbing after hours when I needed a job done ASAP for a bathroom remodel (needed rotted out water lines replaced under the vanity). I tried a couple other places first, but no one could come to the job quick enough. Extreme Plumbing showed up at 8am the next day and got the job done right away! Ernie is a great guy, and It shows that he has a tremendous amount of residential plumbing experience on complicated issues. My wife and I were very impressed with his communication and knowledge. He helped us make the best decisions on the completion of our project. Not to mention, his prices weren’t the cheapest but the quality and service was great! Extreme plumbing came out on the coldest day of the year to check out my leaking water heater. They were very timely and professional with the removal and install of the old and new water heater. So glad we chose to call these guys! We had a leaking boiler on one of the coldest day of the year they came right out, same day, and started ripping apart the old system and installed a new high-efficiency system. These guys are great! Our washing machine drain was backing up into our basement and they came out after hours to help fix it. They brought a professional snake and put it down the pipe to the street and discovered tree roots in the pipe. They had it taken care of and cleaned up in no time!
